Nanosol Energy is a Hyderabad-based Indian startup that offers green energy solutions for a sustainable environment. Nanosol works on technologies related to Hydrogen production, storage and utilization like PEM electrolysis, Alkaline electrolysis, Methane / Ammonia Cracking, H 2 storage, and PEM Fuel cells for stationary applications. It was started by Dr K Naga Mahesh and Dr M Sankararao in the year 2020. It offers consultancy services to the energy sector by designing sustainable energy storage equipment for the Industrial and Automotive sectors.

Our Completed Projects
The Hydrogen generator is based on PEM technology. The system splits water into Hydrogen and Oxygen by utilizing DC electricity. The gases produced in this process are 99.99% pure. The system can be operated at 1 bar pressure.
The Fuel cell test bench is manually operated and used for testing single / double cells (PEM fuel cell). The Fuel cell Test bench can be customized based on customer’s requirements. The system is suitable for Academic R&D purposes.
The PEM fuel cell assembly is 25 cm 2 area single cell assembly. The cell has the provision to operate at various temperatures up to 150 °C. The Flow fields are available with Graphite / Titanium / Stainless steel material and can be customized based on customer’s requirements. The system is suitable for Academic R&D purposes.
The Hydraulic Hotpress is manually operated and used for making Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEAs) for PEM fuel cells and PEM Electrolyser. The Hotpress can be operated at 150 bar pressure and Temperature upto 250°C
Alkaline Electrolyser setup is used for Testing Alkaline membranes for producing Hydrogen. The system splits water into Hydrogen and Oxygen by utilizing DC electricity. The gases produced in this process are 99.99% pure. The system can be operated at 1 bar pressure.
Single cell for Li-ion and Supercapacitor materials testing cell is used for testing Lithium ion materials and Supercapacitors materials. This cell is compact and airtight. It is available in various electrodes sizes of 1 cm 2 to 5 cm 2 .
Forced Filtration system is used to recover precious metals from Ewaste. The system is capable of filtering particles upto 3 microns. The system can be operated at 10 bar and at room temperature.
